I started today by cleaning, abrading, alodining and priming the fuel tank attachment Z brackets. Later on when the primer was dry I also riveted on the nut plates, see image 1. I also sealed and riveted on the fuel tank filler flange and sump drain flange, see image 3. I also riveted and sealed the fuel pickup tube to the tank access panel, as well as the reinforcement plate on the outboard bulkhead, a cover plate for the bulkhead tooling hole and lastly I sealed into the inboard bulkhead the tube fitting for the tank vent line, see image 2.
